Thank You For Helping Collect Baby Bottles. Please thank every family member for bringing back our Baby Bottles and let them know if someone has an empty bottle to bring it back and leave it on the desk in the Narthex.
Like a Boomerang, all Baby Bottles must come back even if they didn't make a contribution! We encourage all volunteers to let us know if there is someone who has not been able to come to Mass but would like us to bring them a Baby Bottle and we will make sure to bring them one. Key is to let everyone know that if they forgot to bring their Baby Bottle back by Fathers Day weekend Masses, they can drop them off at any time but if they have coins or a check in it to make sure they give it to the receptionist or Parish employee.
The Parish employees call or email me when they get the Baby Bottles and hold them in a secure locked location and sometimes they come back months later but we always appreciate it. Thank you for helping save a life and a family in need. Your volunteerism is a beautiful example to your own family that will always be remembered and hopefully our photographers can capture the moment for you!
Please consider signing up to help. Or if you prefer, please RSVP to kofc12942@gmail.com
This will be the Devotions Ministry’s 4th Annual Sacred Heart Feast Day Celebration.
Since this year is especially momentous with the 350th anniversary of the last message Jesus gave to St Margaret Mary, we will need to emphasize that in our communications plan, along with the Pilgrim Icon.
Our Holy Hour will be right after the 6 pm mass, we will need to modify the typical K of C Holy Hour which includes gospel readings etc and I have lined up Fr Scott to do that mass and meditations for the Holy Hour.
We will show a video after the holy hour. (around 7:30 pm).
The Spanish Ministry will also be working with us as they will do a Presentation on the Consecration of the Family to the Sacred heart at 5:45 pm for 15 minutes (in Spanish), They will be distributing an Enthronement flyer and Sacred heart image.
